lively staff efficient staff spacious room pleasant lighting thin wall temperature adjustment cramped area
amna and zee at the front desk were so lively and efficient. they got me checked in quickly. my room was spacious. i appreciated the lamps instead of harsh overhead lighting.
the walls seemed quite thin. i heard corridor noise easily at all hours. my room's temperature was difficult to adjust. the breakfast area was also a bit cramped for me.

service issues overshadowed stay
i had issues with the drainage in my room the bath gurgled when the sink tap was running. the bath filled halfway when showering suggesting the plug hole was blocked i found this quite unpleasant. the smell of dirty drains in the bathroom was persistent and opening the window wasn't an option as i was on the ground floor

the staff were very cute and friendly. the breakfast offered a good selection, and the restaurant staff, specifically suleyman, were very kind. the location offers easy parking and nearby shops, this includes takeaway options.
the first-floor room had no lift access, made carrying luggage difficult.

Acceptable Room but Poor Restaurant Service
inattentive staff poor service
The room provided adequate facilities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was satisfactory.
The restaurant staff were shockingly inattentive. Staff avoided eye contact and ignored our requests for condiments after our meal. A significant wait occurred before anyone cleared our plates or offered dessert, clearly showing a lack of care.

amazing dish clean room
the dinner impressed me each dish showed expert preparation and tasted amazing the staff accommodated requests politely. room service was prompt and the rooms were clean and relaxing after work it was helpful to have staff tend to our requests with professionalism

good variety excellent service
the breakfast had a good variety of options. aliston and khadija at reception were friendly. they were very good too make sure i had everything i needed. their service really stood out, it was amazing.
paying extra for parking felt a bit off since i booked through a hotel site.
