The breakfast was NOT excellent and lacked variety. My room was smaller than I expected and offered limited space for luggage. I found a significant amount of noise at night , made it HARD to sleep. Staff seemed underprepared to handle multiple complaints regarding missing amenities and failed to deliver satisfactory support. THE cleanliness level left much to be desired, with noticeable dust and grime in corners and on surfaces.

the location is a real plus, only a minute from the high street.. parking is convenient across from the hotel, and a discount is provided. the room was clean. i found the new bottom floor rooms to be spacious and updated.
the air conditioning was not working effectively, so temperature control was difficult.
