the spa treatments were acceptable , with a complimentary hot drink offered afterwards.

the food options were limited for vegan or vegetarian guests , and the portions were quite small for the price. the gluten-free bread was a single piece of toast, and the swimming slots for children were restricted to inconvenient times , namely 8am-9am or 4pm-5pm.

the room was super clean (i have to admit).

I booked a superior suite, i received a very used ground floor room, it had a view of a brick wall. The room was freezing cold, the furniture and carpets were stained, i was so frustrated. the heating wasn't working, i called reception for assistance, eventually maintenance staff had to come and fix it, what a waste of time!

The gardens were included with the room and the surroundings were amazing. The spa facilities were open all day and free to use, that was a plus. The evening meal was sensational. The restaurant staff was great and always greeted you with a smile.

The gym is small. It only has two running machines. It is often full of non-hotel guest members.
