A Surprisingly Great Stay!

The staff were REALLY friendly and helpful! They helped me with directions and taxis. There is a microwave in the lobby that guests can use. The hotel also offers pizzas available all day!

The bathroom was a bit small.

I thought the staff were cute and helpful. the breakfast bar had cereals, pastries, bread, ham, cheese, and fruit. there was a hot drinks machine, a real plus for a quick morning boost! free parking was available. It really helped with my travel plans.

I noticed the toilet was set quite low. It made getting up a bit difficult. a higher toilet would improve accessibility.

the room was simple and clean and it had everything i needed, it included air conditioning, great! cleaning services were available if needed, so fresh linen was always an option.

I found the breakfast had a great selection. There were pastries, breads, and cereals available. the real bread and sliced ham off a joint were nice touches, though the butter was a bit hard! i loved the yoghurt.

The staff had such warmth and kindness, they seemed like dear friends eager to help with directions. a taxi arrived quickly each time we asked, ensuring swift passage to where we needed. i appreciated the secure parking. It seemed like a safe haven for our car. the air conditioning provided a welcome escape from the summer heat, with a gentle caress of cool air.

the immediate area around the hotel was a bit rough around the edges.

The hotel is just off the main road. access to cardiff was quick and straightforward by car. it made exploring the nearby areas quite convenient. Though the surrounding area felt less polished.

The room had a double bed and kettle for making tea. it felt quiet, the soundproofing worked well, and street noise was minimal. the shower worked perfectly. The rooms were furnished though they served us well.
