The staff were helpful. They addressed my needs adequately.

The bar did not honor my business allowance. I had to pay out of pocket. The system needs to be adjusted, or they should stop accepting bookings with allowances. This left £63 unused after checkout, a waste.

the location was very convenient for accessing the station. the room was very comfy and tidy. i found a good selection of options available during breakfast.

The room heating was not effective. i was not given a second keycard. Therefore, the heating switched off when i went out. there was no apology the next morning when i mentioned the chilly room.
