The staff was friendly and helpful. I found them very cute. the bar and restaurant have really good and beautiful decoration. the restaurant menu impressed me. The food quality was AMAZING!!!
the upgraded room was quite small indeed. there were no complimentary biscuits in the room, and no dressing gown or slippers. the room lacked little extra things, which contribute to a pleasant stay.
