the room was a good size, it having tea and coffee making facilities. parking was included, thats good. i enjoyed use the pool in the morning for an extra fee. the staff were all friendly, i find it pleasing.

there was only one hand towel, it wasnt enough. the room don't have any lamps by the bed, only bright overhead white led lights, its bad. i not like this.

The breakfast was splendid, which i can't fault.

The bathroom was NOT the cleanest. The shower was turning itself powerful then slow every second. That was annoying. The lighting in the room was VERY dark. I struggled to see anything.

I found the housekeeping to be excellent . The room was always clean and tidy. the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. i especially liked the great water pressure in the bathroom shower. they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

the check-in process felt a bit strange, requiring me to use a computer system to enter my details, which i found less personal than other hotels.

The staff was very polite and helpful, particularly regarding directions. I received prompt assistance. when i requested extra towels, they arrived within fifteen minutes, which i consider very responsive. the team's attentiveness contributed positively to my visit.

the hotel is quite close to many commercial areas, so it was easy to find several things to do nearby. there were many shops and restaurants within a ten minute drive. the area felt very accessible.
