“This hotel positions itself as a relaxing base near Gloucester and the Cotswolds, appealing to both leisure and business travelers with its spa facilities and meeting spaces. While the rooms are spacious and the location is convenient, some aspects need attention, particularly regarding service consistency and maintenance. For those prioritizing location and spa access, it's a reasonable option, but I'd suggest confirming service standards before booking.”

acceptable stay , some concerns
no toilet brush deep cleaning
the breakfast was lovely with a good choice.
I found no toilet brush in the bathroom , which i think is not hygienic. it was also apparent that no real deep cleaning takes place, especially under the rim of the toilet. It was black.
