Solid Hotel Experience

great help hard working staff welcome service

Charlotte Gregory provided great help regarding our dinner dietary needs. Cleaning staff worked hard, we gave them space to do their job well. Kim took our breakfast orders both mornings with a smile. A young man working behind the bar brought ice and tea bags to our room, his name I forget, but he was very helpful.

The reception staff were available and efficient during check-in, they provided clear directions to the room and facilities. The housekeeping team ensured the room was cleaned daily and maintained to an acceptable standard. Staff at breakfast were prompt in refilling items.

non-working radiator missing thermostat

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was spotlessly clean.

I was looking forward to my overnight stay, after hearing good reports. The room was cold because the radiator didn't work and there was no thermostat.
