i stayed in a beautiful suite. the room was spacious (i could easily move around) and very clean. the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. i also found the staff very attentive (they always greeted me with a smile).
the en-suite was tiny. i found it a bit cramped (especially the shower area).

The service was top notch and the hotel was so well done. i especially appreciated the open fire. It was lovely on a chilly day. my beautiful room had everything i needed (plenty of space!), and it was super clean. the staff were approachable and efficient, especially the waiting staff.

breakfast was excellent, and there was good coffee (a rare find on my travels!). i had a wonderful meal there in beautiful surroundings. i also really enjoyed the lunch menu with good choices and quick, friendly service.

my room on the first floor was spacious and clean. i enjoyed the lovely bedroom, with all the modern amenities i could want. the bed was nice and comfy, offering a great night's sleep.

the hotel is centrally located and a great place to start many nearby hikes. it's near wonderful hiking trails and a lot of history, great. the hotel boasts great views of the town.
