tea facilities ample parking ironing facilities
My classic king room included tea and coffee facilities with complimentary biscuits. I found that a nice touch. ample parking was available. the hotel also provided ironing facilities and a hairdryer.
The corridors felt a bit stuffy. I noticed a slight dust smell.

Wonderful Anniversary Stay!
friendly staff cute atmosphere thoughtful gift excellent massage
I had an AMAZING night away for my wedding anniversary. The staff are friendly, polite, and very cute indeed. I found a thoughtful gift in my room wishing me a happy anniversary. My massage was excellent, too. I CANNOT rate this place high enough, and I will definitely return!
There wasn't much that I could fault, but I found that some areas needed a deep clean.

The staff is helpful, and some employees gave over 100%. Alex in the restaurant was cute and friendly. Becky, Aaron, and Ollie were efficient and sorted out the television so I could watch sport. How NICE of them!

My room was great with very comfy beds, so SLEEPING was a dream! It was also beautifully decorated, and very spacious indeed. The room was also well-equipped, and I had everything that I needed.

The lounge bar is lovely, and I had a lovely lunch and drinks in the sun for the afternoon. The golf course was wonderful, and the bar area was cute. Massages are available if you require some relaxation.

The hotel boasts fine grounds and the overall atmosphere is comfortable. I not sketchy at all and at ease walking around. The venue is also accessible to the city if you require any local shops.

The leisure centre was quite large and the changing rooms were nice. Most staff seemed friendly. I found the food was good quality and fairly priced. Coleen was really helpful taking us through everything.
I had a very slight issue with the mattress, BUT the hotel sorted it out.

we arrived early and the room were ready. receptionist give us quick tour. the room have very comfy bed. spa have hot stone bed was amazing. breakfast offer much choice, and staff were very friendly.
we found no fridge within the room and ice ask a charge to kept medicine cool.

amazing spa escape!
spa facilities fantastic massage helpful staff
the spa facilities are amazing danika and lily were so cute when i checked in the massage i had from nastasha was fantastic it really relaxed me for my whole stay the rest of the staff were also great and always ready to help
there was no bin in the bedroom i only had two large bath towels there weren't any hand towels the breakfast food wasn't good either the eggs were rubbery and the hash browns were overcooked

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service
picturesque course attentive service professional staff
I was greeted with a big smile at reception. The receptionist organized my stay well. I enjoyed a great golf round on picturesque courses. Alex served me in the restaurant. She was attentive and professional.
The room lacked air conditioning. This made it a little uncomfortable.
