I had an AMAZING night away for my wedding anniversary. The staff are friendly, polite, and very cute indeed. I found a thoughtful gift in my room wishing me a happy anniversary. My massage was excellent, too. I CANNOT rate this place high enough, and I will definitely return!
There wasn't much that I could fault, but I found that some areas needed a deep clean.

My room was great with very comfy beds, so SLEEPING was a dream! It was also beautifully decorated, and very spacious indeed. The room was also well-equipped, and I had everything that I needed.

The leisure centre was quite large and the changing rooms were nice. Most staff seemed friendly. I found the food was good quality and fairly priced. Coleen was really helpful taking us through everything.
I had a very slight issue with the mattress, BUT the hotel sorted it out.

the spa facilities are amazing danika and lily were so cute when i checked in the massage i had from nastasha was fantastic it really relaxed me for my whole stay the rest of the staff were also great and always ready to help
there was no bin in the bedroom i only had two large bath towels there weren't any hand towels the breakfast food wasn't good either the eggs were rubbery and the hash browns were overcooked

I was greeted with a big smile at reception. The receptionist organized my stay well. I enjoyed a great golf round on picturesque courses. Alex served me in the restaurant. She was attentive and professional.
