I loved the free parking at this hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful (especially at reception). The location is central and super close to the town center.

The self check in pads were not very efficient. I thought breakfast wasn't very good. It seemed chaotic. My room was on the small side (but I could handle it).

The staff was helpful and the location was perfect on the sea front. The shower was one of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel, and the hotel was clean throughout.

I found self check in a bit difficult. The machine asked for the full balance, but I had already paid. They amended it, as I only needed to pay for the dogs.

Excellent stay near the sea

clean room sea view quiet atmosphere

Check-in was simple, and i got a free parking ticket. My room had a view of the sea.. It was very clean and also quiet. The room was also well equipped.

I stayed on the third floor, and the room needs some improvements. There are cracks in the walls, and i noticed water damage on the ceiling.

faulty radiator draughty windows

The bathroom radiator wasn't working when I arrived. I had to fix a bolt myself. The windows are single glazed and pretty draughty. So much for a warm stay. The headboard had a thick layer of dust. Lighting looked stylish, but didn't brighten the room at all.

dog washing free coffee broken lift seagull racket

i loved the dog washing facilities!!! this was so useful after our beach walks. the free coffee and cake in the afternoon was also a really nice touch. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location provided easy access to the beach via the funicular.

my room on the 4th floor had a broken lift, made the climb difficult. the seagulls created a continuous racket. be prepared for this noise!

i found the bike storage quite useful, complete with tool availability for maintenance. the breakfast provided varied options. i also appreciated the quality coffee maker available in the room.

The self-service check-in felt a little impersonal. I prefer a more direct interaction upon arrival.

clean room fresh milk free cake friendly staff

the room had many extras, it had toiletries and an ironing station. fresh milk was in the fridge for tea and coffees. daily free cake and hot drinks were a nice touch. staff were friendly and helpful.

the lift to the fourth floor was broken , it was a climb.
