The room and service were both great during my short break. This was my second time here, so I might come back again.

The spa lacked a cold shower, which I found disappointing. Mould was all over, and some tiles in the pool were missing too. The pool was also way too hot for me. The blinds let in way too much light early in the morning, so I did not find my stay restful.

the staff seemed friendly. my poolside suite had a balcony overlooking the pool, i enjoyed that. the restaurant serves an a la carte menu. the pool i used, it was heated. i would stay again for a night.

i found that the mattress was too soft. this affected my sleep quality.

I parked in the underground car park upon arrival. BE very careful. My car scraped the underneath when exiting the car park and it's not a low car.
