Classic Rooms, located in the original Grade 2 listed area, face the street and include a double or king bed and tea and coffee facilities. Main House Suites feature a king-size bed, a separate lounge area, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath. Spa Suites are located in the spa wing and include a king-sized bed, a separate living room, complimentary Temple Spa toiletries, and an en-suite with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Poolside Suites offer direct access to the outdoor heated pool, air conditioning, duck down duvets and pillows, a separate living area, coffee machine with Café du Monde coffee, and complimentary Temple Spa toiletries.
Dining experiences
The Weathervane serves dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Afternoon Tea and a lighter lunch menu from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM daily. A continental buffet breakfast is available, complemented by cooked options such as a full Yorkshire, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on sourdough, and sweet pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Head chef Christopher Hobley, formerly of Le Gavroche and Chez Roux, has created a three-course seasonal menu, starting with Sainte-Maure de Touraine cheese, baby beetroots, meringue and horseradish snow. Guests can enjoy a Feversham G & T, served with Fevertree tonic, ice, orange peel and cinnamon.

The award-winning Verbena Spa offers a range of treatments and facilities, including a heat experience, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a Jacuzzi for up to six guests, and a saunarium. The spa offers Temple Spa products for treatments like the Mediterranean Scrub followed by a warm oil massage or a collagen-packed facial combination. Guests can experience a burst of refreshment with the monsoon shower. New Wellness Classes restore strength and balance through corrective exercise, such as stretching & breathing.
