The location was great. the staff were friendly and happy to help. I appreciated that. the rooms were made while we were out, nice.
the ramp to get into the hotel was very narrow! also, it twists around. the door at the top starts to close as you try to get in, difficult. food was quite basic and often lukewarm

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. I found the beds in the Triple Room to be comfortable enough..
The carpets were not properly hoovered. I also found that the pillows provided were very uncomfortable. These issues are not ideal.
