the hotel location impressed me, it's near the beautiful beach, a leisurely stroll away. breakfast had varied options, each dish was good. our room had a lovely pool view, the sight brought joy each morning. i appreciated the real spirits served at the bar, evenings were especially enjoyable.
the bathroom design seemed a bit dated, though still very functional.

the breakfast buffet displayed various choices, including sweet food, fruits and many healthy vegetables, so that everyone could find something to enjoy. the drinks at lunch and dinner required an extra charge per adult, offering unlimited beverages.

we stayed in a superior family room with everything our family needed for our time, kept very clean by the excellent cleaning staff. the tv was a flatscreen type and the bathroom had dove shampoo and body wash available.

the pool areas were diligently swept, cleaned and washed down every morning. the hotel offered reusable bottles, a thoughtful touch, and two main pools along with two smaller kids splash and paddling pool areas ensured everyone had space.

the breakfast has a enjoyable spread every day. eggs and pancakes are made on a hot tray in the restaurant, i saw them. the room size was good and it has a fantastic view. i found it great having a fridge and safe too.
i noticed ants everywhere, specially around the pool, it was not so nice.

the hotel staff booked a taxi for me. it arrived in just three minutes. i used the courtesy room to shower before my late evening flight. the breakfast choices were amazing. there were two pools, one mainly for adults and a large one for families with kids.
the pillows were not the best.

We visited for four nights, staying in a Single Room Terrace. The room was very modern. The beds felt very comfortable. I found the hotel clean, which I really appreciated. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were very friendly.

The Oceanic restaurant had a decent breakfast and dinner. I found varied, tasty, fresh food was available every day! The breakfast had many options. The fresh fruit was especially lovely.

The room included a good-sized balcony, where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The mattresses were convenient and clean, which I thought was great! The room's air conditioning was very efficient, which I appreciated.

The pools seemed clean. I enjoyed the children's area. It felt okay all time for families. There are two pools, with enough loungers! I loved the marina and many food and drink options nearby.

The service at reception felt really good and always very quick. The staff seemed polite, and they always had a smile. The staff's availability and friendliness were very amazing, no matter what service was needed.

The hotel is located conveniently close to all major amenities, and I loved that. The beach is a short walk away. Paloma Park is also not too far! It has a beautiful view of the ocean.
