beach access clean pools friendly staff great size

The hotel location is excellent. Beach access is simple. Facilities include multiple pools that were clean. Entertainment was also provided. All staff were super friendly. I found them accommodating. The two-bed apartment was a great size. The air conditioning worked well, even in the main room.

The main pool area was sometimes crowded. I also noticed some guests reserved loungers early.

Dining

The restaurant presented much choice to suit all. I observed the standard of food was really good. It was well presented. The chef at the fresh fruit counter did anything for you.

Service

The front desk staff, the restaurant staff, room cleaning staff, pool staff, and bar staff were all fantastic. These people showed perfect manners, along with great people skills. They were always willing to go above and beyond. I appreciated their efforts.

Facilities

The hotel included amazing facilities and pools located on a beautiful beach. The pools were nice and jollie and very clean. The beach, i noticed, was spacIOUS. It looked clean, as well.

Wonderful Family Holiday!

friendly staff clean room fantastic staff

I found the staff to be friendly. They were helpful from the front desk to the restaurant personnel. The room cleaning staff kept everything super clean. The people working at the pools and bars were fantastic. They like to talk and include the whole family in conversation.

The evening entertainment felt repetitive. It was the same thing each night with only a different story.

Location

9/10

The hotel is central and provides easy access to shops and restaurants. Local attractions are nearby. It remains quiet at night for a peaceful sleep.

Dining

8/10

The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and everything was cooked well. There were some cocktails chargeable at the bar. The cost for these was reasonable with wrist bands.

Rooms

9/10

The rooms were comfortable and clean. They felt very homey. I loved that the room was cleaned daily. Towels were provided without a deposit.

Service

10/10

The animators are present all day long. There are plenty of activities for children. We rented bikes from the hotel and used the electric cars.

clean room fresh towels working equipment sunbeds low alcohol wrong labeling

The staff cleaned our room well. I found fresh towels everyday except for Sunday and Wednesday. The equipment in the gym worked. The baby club was amazing and my little boy loved it. It gave us two hours to enjoy baby free time.

Some people were claiming sunbeds early. I saw many people claiming sunbeds at 6 a.m. The hotel did not enforce any rules about this. The cocktails I ordered needed more alcohol in them. The food labeling was sometimes wrong.
