This hotel exceeded my expectations. The food had good mixed selections each night and plenty of options. Kids got fizzy drinks on tap, slushy machines and unlimited ice creams from mid-morning. I found the nice big pool and smaller pools very convenient plus beach access was easy.

I found the evening entertainment a bit repetitive.

I found the staff to be friendly. They were helpful from the front desk to the restaurant personnel. The room cleaning staff kept everything super clean. The people working at the pools and bars were fantastic. They like to talk and include the whole family in conversation.

The evening entertainment felt repetitive. It was the same thing each night with only a different story.

The animators are present all day long. There are plenty of activities for children. We rented bikes from the hotel and used the electric cars.

The staff cleaned our room well. I found fresh towels everyday except for Sunday and Wednesday. The equipment in the gym worked. The baby club was amazing and my little boy loved it. It gave us two hours to enjoy baby free time.

Some people were claiming sunbeds early. I saw many people claiming sunbeds at 6 a.m. The hotel did not enforce any rules about this. The cocktails I ordered needed more alcohol in them. The food labeling was sometimes wrong.
