good location helpful staff easy check-in saggy pillows soiled loveseat tissue absence
The location is very good near some lovely beaches and restaurants. Check in was easy. The staff was helpful with directions.
The pillows were very saggy. The chair and loveseat were soiled. There was no kleenex tissue provided in the room i booked.

secure parking superb location beautiful beach
I appreciated the secure parking in a private garage. It was a huge plus. Location in the Sardinero area was superb. A beautiful beach are right opposite the hotel and I found a bus stop for hop on hop off bus tour.
The hotel don't has tea or coffee making facilities in room. It cause a problem for early mornings.

The hotel location is very convenient. I noted the bus stop right next the hotel, which allow easy transportation. Secure parking is provided , therefore ensuring vehicle safety.

The staff help with directions. They also provide quick answers to questions. The reception are friendly at all times, I did appreciates their assistance with reservations.

Excellent Stay with BEACH Access!
convenient location very good service beautiful hotel gorgeous room
I found the location convenient due to the bus service access. The physical connection to the seafront was also a huge plus. I experienced very good service throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are GORGEOUS!!!
The pillows were too saggy for my comfort. The chair and loveseat also showed signs of wear. I missed having a full-length mirror in the room.

non-functioning minibar blocked stairs
the hotel's location was acceptable right across from the beach it was convenient for walks
i had issues with the minibar it was not working and had a small puddle under it i also discovered the emergency stairs were blocked and inaccessible a couch was stored there this is a major safety issue
