good location breakfast selection faulty ac slow wifi
the location was fantastic!!! it was so convenient for exploring. breakfast selection was good, but the hotel is surrounded by cafes and bars!!!
the ac didn't work. when we asked them to check, they said it was fine. the wifi didn't work at all!!! it was so slow. you couldn't use it, and for travellers from another country it's very important.

delicious pastries public parking
I found the breakfast delicious (especially the pastries). Parking was available, but ample public parking existed nearby should it be full.
The elevators were somewhat small, causing occasional waits.

Really good Stay Experience
consistent service rooftop bar helpful bellboys
I was impressed by the consistent service quality. The rooftop bar and restaurant had great service and food. It was a delight! The front desk and bellboys were very helpful, providing quick assistance.
The air conditioning was not functioning optimally . This needs attention.

The room was spacious and clean! it included plenty of amenities in the bathroom. The comfortable bed also had great benefit for my resting.

The location was excellent, being central to many attractions. It allowed easy access to bus and metro lines. I could conveniently walk to many points of interest.

The rooftop terrace offered lovely views for evening cocktails. It was a perfect spot to unwind. An onsite wine tasting event provided cool and informative experience. I explored an art gallery as well.

The breakfast service was fantastic. The staff was kind and helpful in every aspect. It shows high quality. I interacted with friendly front desk staff who provided answers to my questions.

Fantastic Stay in a Spacious Room!
central location rooftop bar helpful staff
The hotel is in a central location and it made exploring the city very easy. The rooftop bar provided a great open-air space with views of the city. The hotel staff secured restaurant reservations for us (even in San Sebastian!).
The elevators to the terrace could be difficult to get to.

The front desk staff provided answers to all our questions!). The breakfast service was fantastic, with Javier ensuring we had everything we needed, especially for our kids.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The staff was helpful. My room had air conditioning. The fitness center included a treadmill and stationary bike.
The bathroom drainage was somewhat slow.

The breakfast buffet provided great authentic food. I noted fantastic service from Javier and the team. Desserts at the restaurants seemed very excellent, and the rooftop bar offered excellent views and service.

faulty air conditioning relentless street noise
my visit had a few bumps the air conditioning system seemed to be on vacation i couldn't get it to adjust at all it was either too cold or off which was annoying the noise from the street was relentless it seemed like the party never stopped and earplugs were a must

stale bread loud street
the breakfast was a major letdown it really missed the mark for what i'd expect at this kind of hotel the bread tasted stale and there just wasn't much variety honestly i almost went out to grab something from a bakery myself. also the air conditioning decided to take a vacation while i was there even though it was october i was stuck dealing with a pretty loud street scene all night long it wasn't exactly the peaceful stay i had in mind
