The room lacked some expected amenities. There was no fridge, quite inconvenient for storing drinks or snacks. I also found only one small coffee bag for two people. Finally, the staff were unhelpful when addressing this issue (I was hoping for at least a polite solution).

the location was quite convenient.

The room i was assigned had a major drawback, it faced a wall, completely ruining any chance of enjoying natural light or a view. this. also, the instant coffee provided in the room was below expectations. I think a bit more quality in such details would .

The room was too dark, even with lights on. i noticed a lack of surface space. Only nightstands were present in the room. the bathroom also lacked shelves, so i found organizing my things difficult.
