i found the staff quite helpful with directions to nearby restaurants, also the bus stop was easy to locate. the seating area near the bar was a cozy spot. i enjoyed a glass of wine. i must say the complimentary sparkling water was a nice touch.
the pool area seemed very crowded . securing a sun bed was nearly impossible. it was hard to relax with so little space. i think improvements could make this space more enjoyable.

i liked the spacious lobby and found it very comfy. the pool was a massive advantage for me. i apreciated free pool towels and a safe. staff at the bar were kind and accomodating, they are the best.
i was disappointed because the lunch and dinner menu had poor choice of dishes. the quality of the same meal varied from one day to another. i think there should be more consistency with the food.

crowded pool arealimited space
the outdoor pool area was a major disappointment. it felt overcrowded, and there was very little space to even place a towel. it was the pool is shared with a fitness club, (which i found odd), and this limited availability for hotel guests. this setup hardly created a relaxing vacation atmosphere.

i found heavy, nice body towels in the bathroom. the pillows were big and fluffy, and the sheets were clean. the hair conditioner provided in the shower was a nice touch (i appreciated that).
the outdoor pool was often crowded when i visited, making it difficult to find space.

The gym access was not as expected. i thought it was included, but i had to pay extra each time i wanted to use it. this felt misleading and added a significant cost to my stay. the receptionist wasn't very helpful in resolving this issue. They just confirmed the information on the website was incorrect, disappointing.
