attentive staff secure garage spacious room
The reception staff were attentive and helpful. I found the secure underground garage perfect for my needs. The room provided lovely views and ample space. I will certainly return.

accessible station three-course meal good location
the hotel is well located near the center. the bus and train stations are easily accessible. i enjoyed a menu of the day one evening at the restaurant. it included a three-course meal with a bottle of wine.
i noticed a slight issue as there were no tea facilities available in the room, it was a minor inconvenience .

room size convenient location weak air conditioning outdated furniture
the room was spacious. the location was convenient for accessing the ferry terminal which was useful. the breakfast had a good selection. i found the menu prices reasonable in the hotel restaurant.
the air conditioning was not very effective. i found the furniture in the room to be somewhat outdated. the bed was quite small for two people. the mattress was not especially comfortable.

helpful staff modern room hard bed plastic items
The location is good for accessing the town and ferry port. The staff helped with parking. They guided me into the car lift. The room was modern and clean plus the bathroom had a reasonable selection of items.
The bed and pillows felt hard. This made it difficult for me to sleep. The rooms lacked tea or coffee making facilities. There also seemed to be little effort to reduce single use plastic items.
