the hotel is well located near the center. the bus and train stations are easily accessible. i enjoyed a menu of the day one evening at the restaurant. it included a three-course meal with a bottle of wine.
i noticed a slight issue as there were no tea facilities available in the room, it was a minor inconvenience .

the room was spacious. the location was convenient for accessing the ferry terminal which was useful. the breakfast had a good selection. i found the menu prices reasonable in the hotel restaurant.
the air conditioning was not very effective. i found the furniture in the room to be somewhat outdated. the bed was quite small for two people. the mattress was not especially comfortable.

The reception staff were great. My room was spacious and clean! It had a lovely view. Secure underground garage was perfect for my car. I had no worries about security.
The room furniture was outdated. The bed was tiny to share. It had an uncomfortable mattress and really uncomfy pillows. The windows allowed a ton of air and noise to pass through, apply, twice.

The location is good for accessing the town and ferry port. The staff helped with parking. The room was modern and clean plus the bathroom had a reasonable selection of items.
The bed and pillows felt hard. This made it difficult for me to sleep. The rooms lacked tea or coffee making facilities. There also seemed to be little effort to reduce single use plastic items.
