loud air conditioning crowded breakfast
my stay wasn't great. the air conditioning was too loud and i couldnt adjust it easily. the noise made it difficult to sleep. also, the breakfast area felt too crowded during the morning rush. finding a table each day was a challenge, and the buffet lines felt disorganized. there were many people waiting.

ideal location underground parking
the location was ideal for walking everywhere i wanted to go. staff were friendly and helpful and directed me to the nearby city walls. they also provided secure underground parking which was very convenient for a small fee.
the room i was assigned was quite small for a four-star hotel. i noticed the right fog light was broken, and there was a scratch in the bumper area when i got my car back from the valet service, disappointing.

insufficient lighting noisy windows
Breakfast includes local honey and jams. It offers a very good start to the day.
The bathroom lacked enough lighting. I find air conditioning controls are not easy to change so I must either have heat or open the noisy windows. It wasn't a good choice.
