the classic double room with a sea view provided ample space. the bathroom included large, soft bath towels and bathrobes. i found tea and coffee making facilities very convenient.
the front desk staff seemed a little brusque. this might be normal in the area though.

The hotel provides car parking but it is not on site. It remains easily accessible. there is a bar exclusive to hotel guests with a glasshouse overlooking the promenade. it is perfect for afternoon and evening drinks.

Breakfast had a wide range of options. the hotel staff are helpful with dinner suggestions. the bar is good and the restaurant food is excellent. I liked the exclusive bar .

the location is excellent and cannot be bettered. the hotel is on the seafront, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. it is central and relaxing, and i found it a great base for exploring.

The Classic Double or Twin Room City View included a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a great variety of foods. I appreciated the fresh fruit and pastries! The staff were helpful with directions.
The street outside was a bit noisy at night.

this hotel sits directly on the beach, requiring no street crossing. being right in the middle of everything was exciting! the hotel faces the iconic concha beach. the most beautiful hotel along the coastline, it really is something.

The staff proved helpful and friendly. They really do shine! ander and daniel from the restaurant staff were very helpful and nice. the receptionist checked with the management, but the rate remained firm. it's just how it is.

the room i had featured an interconnecting door to the adjacent room. this room was occupied by young people. doors slammed frequently.
