A Palace of Warmth and Beauty
great warmth beautiful room
Julia greeted us with great warmth at check-in. An upgrade to a beautiful room occurred. Minerva at the concierge offered some great new ideas. She recommended the Eduardo Chillida museum and we loved it. Alesandro and Yescia were attentive at breakfast. Luca made our drinks superbly at the Dry bar.
I was disappointed that the room had no tea or coffee making facilities. Amenities like cotton makeup pads were also absent. One had to call down for these, inconvenient.

The room provided a Dyson hairdryer and steamer for convenience. A terrace view was also featured. I certainly plan to return for a longer visit to fully appreciate these amenities.

missing coffee machine absent kettle
The location of the hotel was acceptable.
The room lacked a coffee machine, which I found surprising. A kettle was also missing, and I expected these basic amenities in a hotel of this supposed caliber. The absence of these items was a significant oversight.
