the room was super clean. housekeeping was punctual and friendly. the wifi worked very well. there was a functional gym though it was small.

The rooftop pool was smaller than expected. it was more suitable for cooling off than swimming. we faced some shower issues. The staff addressed them quickly, but it was a bit inconvenient. the complimentary breakfast and drinks were appreciated.

The hotel offered simple rooms with daily cleaning. Friendly staff provided guidance. The roof pool created lovely moments. I discovered good value for money as the hotel had nice facilities.

The bathroom have poor light for shaving because of bad mirror quality.

The rooftop pool was a nice touch.

The wellness area was a letdown. One sauna was inactive, maybe broken. The steam sauna was not warm enough, so there was no point sitting in it. The jacuzzi had tiles falling off. piles of dirt in the corners.

The staff were friendly. Their English was excellent. The spa facilities offered a fabulous space to relax. I really enjoyed the quasi-separate showering and dressing area.

The shower controls were challenging to adjust. The water temperature fluctuated a lot.
