stiff bed constant street noise
The bed was a bit stiff. I've slept on softer park benches! the street noise was a constant companion too. seemed like the party outside my window never stopped. and the parking. Well it was more like a treasure hunt than a simple amenity, hidden away and quite the walk

lovely room helpful staff great service
i was upgraded to a water view room it was a lovely surprise! everything felt immaculate and fresh. the staff proved super helpful offering great service.
parking was slightly more expensive than nearby options i had to walk a bit with my luggage.

the location proved special. on-site parking was available. the room included a smart tv and a mini bar. i received a complimentary upgrade to an apartment !
The sound insulation wasn't perfect. I could faintly hear corridor conversations.

excellent stay, perfect location!

The hotel's central location was a HUGE plus. It was super easy to get around and see everything. i loved having an apartment. It came with everything needed. i even found dishwasher tablets and detergent provided, very thoughtful indeed. The bed and pillows were so comfy, it.
The room we had faced a wall, thus limiting natural light significantly.

The room had air conditioning ensuring comfortable temperatures. a smart TV for entertainment. The bathroom included a rainfall shower. The shower door was too close to the floor, pushing the mat. Cleanliness was definitely a top priority here.

The hotel is steps from the best pinxto bars and the beach. This location is super central to all main attractions. Everything is within walking distance, allowing easy exploration. It's perfect.

helpful staff great views street level loud pipe
the staff were helpful. i was upgraded to a suite with great views. everything WAS clean.
our room near street level WAS often noisy from people outside. inside, sound insulation was weak, WITH loud pipe noises from upstairs. OVERALL, for the price, i expected a higher level of comfort.

superb location local restaurants thin walls coffee machine
The location was superb. The staff provided a list of local restaurants for pinxos. It was so helpful.
The room felt basic for the price I paid. There was no coffee machine or place to make a hot drink in the room. The walls were also paper thin. I did not sleep very well .
