Enchanting Stay by the River

The location proved ideal near the Guggenheim Museum. Many restaurants are a short walk away. My room was spacious, clean, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I was pleased to have a river-facing room with a colored glass balcony. The breakfast offered a delicious spread each morning.
The walls in the room had some scuffs, especially noticeable near the floor level, indicating a need for more frequent touch-ups.

The hotel is close to the Calatrava bridge. It gives walking access to the city center. Breakfast includes many local goods. The staff is friendly and did give good information.
My room had a connecting door. The door had a gap around it. It was not sound-proofed, and I could hear the TV from the next room. The window in my room would not close fully and street noise came in.

the twin bedroom i had booked was quite small. i noticed the bedside light was not working properly during the night. the toilet roll holder was also broken.

mixed feelings about my stay

the location IS pretty good, close to things.
My room seemed NOT clean enough. i found hairs in the bathroom. plus, the staff didn't seem that friendly and it really upset me. also the parking garage IS tight. I was scared to damage my car there.
