a good visit. everything was great

the staff was helpful. the swimming pool on the 6th floor had great views. it was mostly empty? i loved the big bathroom with a bath and shower option! fabulous 'rituals' products were there for our use. it was close to the guggenheim, the river, and the city center. it was also a short taxi ride from the airport.
i was charged extra fees! i booked, as it was said to be pet friendly. i received an email saying only one dog was allowed in the room. this meant a charge of 50 euro.

The breakfast offered fresh fruit and pastries. The variety was really good. My room included Rituals bath products and high-quality towels. The glass interior elevators moved very quickly.
I found that the pool was somewhat small. It was not a major issue, but it is worth noting expecting a larger swimming area.

I adore how spacious the rooms are. The air conditioning worked efficiently. The staff seemed helpful and always greeted me with a lovely smile. The location allowed convenient walks to every place I wanted to see.
