Really good Trackside Experience

The room had a large television with Sky Sports channels. Complimentary treats were provided in the room for my partner's birthday. The hotel gave us free drinks each at the bar, celebrating the birthday. I also received a bottle of prosecco with my meal.

Dinner in the restaurant came promptly and the food was cooked perfectly. Staff were very attentive and made sure that we had everything needed during the meal. The on site Starbucks was used frequently.

The hotel is right next to the racetrack. I had a trackside room, and it provided a great view of the racing track. The racing store was great and well stocked with merchandise.

The team members were friendly. They were helpful from arrival. our large room included a balcony, it was ideal for watching the cars. the kitchen provided delicious food. we found snacks at the reception shop because room service ended early.

the temporary car park had a very rough surface. it was a problem to wheel suitcases to the hotel.

i had a warm welcome on arrival. the check in went smoothly. i stayed in a king room and its was very clean. the bed was the best, i slept soundly with such comfortable pillows.

the carpets in the corridor outside my room, they were not hoovered . its not ideal.

The hotel staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. They offered helpful information about events at the track, details on the surrounding area, and friendly chats about the venue! The food stood out, as everything was delicious, and the chefs accommodated requests. Most staff members were pleasant and lovely to chat with, and this enhanced the cute atmosphere.

The rooftop bar was closed. Some flooring was loose. That's something I noticed.

the room faced the track and this aspect met my expectations.

the bar area was just a small space near the restaurant, disappointing. breakfast was chaotic with one coffee machine and long queues. the car park was muddy with large puddles, a bit of a walk with luggage when it was dark.
