the location near the train station was very convenient for my travel needs. the room was quiet which helped with getting a good night's sleep. the staff were polite during my interactions with them.
the room felt quite cold upon arrival. the heating system seemed to operate only when the key card was inserted. this made keeping the room consistently warm difficult.

the location was very close to the train station and some shops. the staff gave me help with bag drop, this was so useful. breakfast had so many choices, the dining room staff were polite too.
the bedroom carpet had heavy stains near the bed. the bathroom looked very dated and needed work. the pillows felt hard, this gave me a headache.

I walked from the train station so the location was perfect. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee at the bar. It was a good treat. Breakfast had an amazing selection and the staff kept everything stocked.
The room lighting was not good! I found it difficult to see things clearly.
