we were lucky with the weather . we witnessed a beautiful sunset over the lake and the autumn colours were highlighted. the evening dinner at woven was sublime but i will give that a separate review.

my wife and i celebrated her birthday at this hotel. the 'gardener's suite east' sat in its own grounds. we saw a beautiful sunset over the lake highlighting the autumn colors. dinner at 'woven' was a sublime culinary experience and the staff was attentive.

the overcharging was embarrasing. i received three bills with consistent mistakes.

beautiful grounds horse riding special decoration stressful staff limited selection unwelcome children

The grounds were beautiful (especially the gardens). The team made my daughter's birthday celebration special with decorations and chocolate in the suite. Horse riding was a nice experience.

Check-in was chaotic and the staff seemed stressed. I found the breakfast to have a limited selection of items. The staff did not.

the grounds were beautiful and the buggy carts were useful for getting around quickly

i received multiple bills each bill included overcharges a 'discretionary' service charge looked before i even entered the room it made me feel uncomfortable and was not properly addressed
