i stayed in a beautiful double room the bed was firm i found the bedlinen soft the room had four pillows. breakfast was excellent with gluten free bread available upon request the staff was polite and smartly dressed. the lounge area had soft sofas and chairs music played there

the location was very central the room was well priced for a saturday stay. the room had a kettle with a hard bed and a rain shower.
my room was on floor 4 i heard an unbalanced washing machine rumbling. the tv from the adjacent room started up i heard it for 4 hours until about 10pm

i had booked a two night stay i found the tap running full blast the bathroom was flooded management inspected the room and contacted me the next day about carpet damage they wanted me to pay a lot

The room was spacious. It had an extra bed and was very clean. All staff members were attentive and friendly. I had breakfast, and it was very good and plentiful.
The gym is tiny, a bit disappointing.
