lovely room attentive staff generous discount

staff were attentive and apologetic at check-in. andrew and his colleague at reception went out of their way to improve the situation. i also received a lovely surprise birthday cake and drinks vouchers, which i appreciated very much.

clean room maintained room central location

The room was clean and well kept (daily cleaning was a plus). I had access to a gym, a helpful feature for keeping up with my routine. I also appreciated the central location which gave me easy access to transport in all directions.
