The hotel is very close to the airport. Checking in was quick and easy. The breakfast was good, especially for a quick bite before an early flight. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The coffee bags in the room were not good (very low quality). The toilet paper was also cheap. I found the air conditioning in my room noisy and it did not stay on automatically.

the breakfast had a very good selection. i noticed the staff were helpful in managing parcel deliveries (a convenient service, i think).

i found the food options quite limited. the menu seemed to lack substantial meals such as meat and vegetables (a more comprehensive menu would be beneficial).

the room was clean. that's about it.

the food was atrocious!!! i ordered a simple sandwich. it had dry cheese and some flavorless coleslaw. for the price i paid, the kitchen should be ashamed!!!

the location was amazing for catching my early flight! the staff were lovely and super helpful. the provided meals tasted really nice, a welcome treat after my travels.

the bar service felt a little sloppy, with a couple of errors in my orders, i found this a bit frustrating. also, the walk to the airport wasn't undercover, this could be a problem in rainy weather. it would be nice to have some more relaxed areas besides the dining tables, perhaps a lounge.

The breakfast included many options and was available early. I found the short walk to the terminal very convenient. The staff was helpful at reception during check-in. My room was quiet, so i slept well.

i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway near my room.

The location near the airport was very convenient. The staff were friendly. They were helpful with directions. I found the breakfast excellent. It had a wide choice of food.

I experienced a shower that flooded. The drain seemed insufficient. This issue occurred in both the first room and the second room I was given. I was later charged for cleaning. It added stress to my stay.
