The hoppa bus FAILED to arrive AS scheduled. I then took a cab AND MISSED my rail connection.

strong odor low toilet

The room smelled bad. it had an odor like the bottom of a toilet bowl. the bed seemed to have a thin camping mattress on it, and the toilet was unusually low. It might be hard for some guests to use. the staff was nice, but i would not stay there again. the shower pressure was fine, but the shower head kept rotating. i had to hold it or lean into the wall to get wet.

The check-in process was quick. I easily arranged my parking without needing new apps. This was quite helpful and stress-free! The staff provided excellent advice. Hilda really helped me. She took great care of me.

The air conditioning was effective, but it made a lot of noise.

A burger from the lobby restaurant exceeded my expectations it was very tasty. The bed was nice it was comfortable and a good size. Locating the hotel and checking in and out were easy processes.

A bus was necessary from Heathrow, and it required a separate payment.
