the room i booked was quite small. it was difficult to maneuver around. the bathroom was also tiny. i felt quite claustrophobic, which really affected my ability to unwind after a long day.

The location proved convenient for accessing the tube. Kensington High Street is a short walk, with plenty of shops. I found the front desk staff efficient during check-in. I appreciate their ability to handle requests promptly.
