the room was perfectly clean and well appointed (i was in a beautiful double or twin room). the linens were nice. an ample supply of nespresso pods was provided daily, which i found very convenient. the cleaning crew was fantastic.
i would have liked a book with the amenities of the hotel in my room.

the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.
The room i got wasn't great (i suspect other rooms might be better). the tv remote didn't work, and despite reporting it, nothing happened. the breakfast buffet was a madhouse. Getting a coffee was like entering a demolition derby.
