the location was fine.. public transport was easily accessible.

I had a really frustrating experience with the room service. i ordered a snack one evening, but it took over an hour to arrive. when it finally did, the order was incorrect. I received a completely different item than what i requested. i tried calling the front desk to complain, but no one answered the phone after multiple attempts, so i ended up eating nothing that night.

The location was central, a GREAT benefit for exploring. The room included a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Daily cleaning was done very well. The room was maintained every day.

the air conditioning unit was a little loud, it bothered me only a small amount.

The front desk gentleman provided a VERY warm welcome. This made our arrival very pleasant. He offered helpful tips for navigating the city and recommended local spots that enhanced our stay.

i found the staff helpful with directions. the room was a good size for two people. i liked that there were several restaurants and cafes just around the corner. the breakfast offered a varied selection each morning. i liked the fresh pastries and fruit available.

the rooftop pool was a bit small considering the size of the hotel.
