My room, a superior room, included a small fridge, which i found useful. Complimentary water and tea and coffee were provided each day. The bed was large and comfortable. I slept well. Hanging space and drawers provided ample storage.
The shower was basic. I think it could use some updates. It worked OK, but it wasn't anything special.

Staff members were very helpful with directions, dining recommendations, and taxi arrangements. i also found them very accommodating to my requests. They were really good too.

incorrect item unanswered phone
the location was fine.. public transport was easily accessible.
I had a really frustrating experience with the room service. i ordered a snack one evening, but it took over an hour to arrive. when it finally did, the order was incorrect. I received a completely different item than what i requested. i tried calling the front desk to complain, but no one answered the phone after multiple attempts, so i ended up eating nothing that night.

Convenient stay WITH good service
central location spacious bathroom daily cleaning
The location was central, a GREAT benefit for exploring. The room included a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Daily cleaning was done very well. The room was maintained every day.
the air conditioning unit was a little loud, it bothered me only a small amount.

The front desk gentleman provided a VERY warm welcome. This made our arrival very pleasant. He offered helpful tips for navigating the city and recommended local spots that enhanced our stay.

The room had large windows that offered SOME city views. Breakfast included many options, it was excellent. The hotel provides easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

lovely stay near everything
helpful staff good room varied selection
i found the staff helpful with directions. the room was a good size for two people. i liked that there were several restaurants and cafes just around the corner. the breakfast offered a varied selection each morning. i liked the fresh pastries and fruit available.
the rooftop pool was a bit small considering the size of the hotel.

the dining area included a buffet with hot and cold options plus juices. breakfast service began early which helped with early tours. the coffee machine made several types of coffee drinks quickly.

the staff was friendly. my room was spacious. i found the bed quite comfy.
the bathroom lacked some amenities. i noticed no soap. also the window did not open.
