The location was amazing! it was super central for exploring. the room had two separate sinks which was very useful, and a rainfall shower. That was awesome!

The minibar wasn't fully restocked each day. It was a minor inconvenience though.

I found the location to be quite convenient. the hotel is situated centrally. this made it easy to walk to various attractions. the room decor was also a highlight. It felt modern. the complimentary drinks and chocolate were a nice touch too.

the staff, unfortunately, didn't meet expectations. they insisted on seeing id even after i had checked in online. the staff member seemed to treat us like an inconvenience. noise was also a problem. we were in an adjoining room with a family, and it disrupted our sleep.

i needed hot water for a very early shower, but there was none. i ran the shower for ten minutes, trying every setting. it remained ice cold. additionally, ordering room service the previous night was a struggle. it took almost an hour to get through, and phone reception was terrible.

I found the location very convenient. It was just a short walk to many historical buildings. The room included everything I needed. Our bag was taken to our room when we checked in, which I appreciated.

The hotel is definitely overpriced. The bathroom did not have a bath. Our room did not have a chest of drawers either.

The location was central making it easy to access various points of interest.

I just returned from a stay. The service FELL short of expectations for a hotel in this price range. The reception felt slow. I waited an eternity. Breakfast was disappointing with limited options. I also found that I did not sleep that well, the door slamming being an issue.
