the room was a decent size with comfortable bed and mattress. i found lots of pillows in the room and a dyson hairdryer too. the bathroom was well lit with a shower over the bathtub. the staff was so caring, courteous and smiling!
the hotel is on the main road of an unattractive village! our room overlooked a car park.

The reception staff was indeed friendly and helpful, showing us directly to our room.
Breakfast required pre-ordering. I did not then receive what I had requested. The food portions were small and lukewarm, served on a cold plate. Dinner included a more expensive bottle of wine dumped on our table with minimal service. It hardly reflects a 4 star hotel or Waddesdon Manor's focus on wine.
