convenient stay
early keythoughtful addition
the staff allowed me to get my key early as i had a wedding to attend and couldn't check in later i appreciated their kindness and how they explained the return process the room was surprisingly spacious with pleasant decor and a cozy atmosphere. there were plug sockets on both sides of the bed, a thoughtful touch. there were reading lights on both sides of the bed too, another great addition.

the location is excellent on the high street. there is plentiful parking at the rear. it is easy to find the hotel from the main road without navigating small roads.

the food available was very good in the stonehouse. the evening meal i had was excellent, and the breakfast was fresh and hot. i found the meals to be good value.

i found good parking it was free. the menu had good choices and drinks were available in the restaurant and bar. the room was very clean with good provision of tea, coffee and a biscuit. i found the bathroom to be clean and the shower was good.

the parking facilities were great because they was free, so that was a good bonus. i saw a selection of tvs around the pub area, and it was nice to see a dart board available for use too.

the staff i encountered were very friendly and they were always helpful when needed. one evening i had to use the app to order, the service was too slow otherwise, even though the restaurant was empty.

my room was lovely and it had a good amount of sockets, i do know some hotels don't have many sockets next to the bed. the double room i stayed in was recently refurbished and it was clean, thats always a bonus.

i liked that the location was right in the middle of town. i find it convenient for weekend purposes, that was great. its location was great to visit family, it was also near the airport, really handy.

The room was recently renovated and had a quality finish. Free parking was available and it was very convenient. I could easily travel to the airport and the surrounding area. The staff was both friendly and polite .
There was no hot water in the morning. I had to take a cold shower.

The location is quite good if you are travelling by road, it is easy to access. I FOUND the hotel right in the middle of town. The World Resort Arena is only a short taxi journey away.

The personnel atención was excellent, and the staff was always smiling. The manager extended the carvery time so we could eat. I appreciated the daily cleaning provided by the housekeepers.

The location suited my travel plans. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was clean, and it had all necessary facilities.
The room was noisy in the morning. This noise made it difficult to sleep later. I hope it can be fixed.
