The location is great and close to amenities. The breakfast was included and was very nice. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

My room was not the one i booked. There was mould in the shower and on the ceiling. The restaurant floor was not clean. There were crumbs everywhere.

The staff were helpful and friendly. That was certainly something positive.

The room I had booked based on the photos online was not as expected. That was a bit disappointing. The bathroom tiles were unclean and the toilet seat needed replacement. Talk about unpleasant surprises! The grout needed redoing, and the window frames were rotten.

The staff was amazing and accommodated all my requests. i really appreciated the advice about a 10k run nearby. It was very helpful. my room was large and clean. i enjoyed the comfortable bed, nice fluffy towels, and good shower. the food was also good. Excellent breakfast, indeed.

I noticed only one side lamp had quite a bit of dust. It needs to be cleaned. it wasn't a big problem though, just something for them to improve. we loved the place anyway.
