The location proved ideal. It's close to the main square. the staff was helpful in storing our luggage after checkout. the room aligned with what i saw in the pictures online. It felt accurate.
the noise from the street was a bit loud at times.

the staff were consistently friendly and helpful . the location is very central with easy access to many attractions. i found the common lounge area a nice space for relaxation.
the room lacked temperature control which was a bit inconvenient. bathroom had leaking issues with the shower nozzle.

the staff were helpful when i needed directions. they also stored my luggage before check-in and after i checked out.
My room was quite small. It was difficult to move around, especially with luggage. the bathroom had some issues. The shower lacked a proper door, so water leaked onto the floor. also, i found the air conditioning controls inaccessible since i could not operate it myself.

I was charmed by the central location because it is very near the subway and bus lines. My room included a balcony, I enjoyed dining there. The hotel offers balconies on the lobby floor, close to the street.
