the staff at the front desk provided helpful directions. they all spoke excellent english, useful. the breakfast had many items to choose from and a generous tray of fruit was brought to the table.

Good Location and Attentive Staff

I found rooms of great size with bathrooms also good size. The staff members seemed friendly plus helpful. The location provided access directly to the gothic quarter. I found the rooftop pool to be an advantage for relaxation. The space received sun during the day, good for reading.
The hotel did overcharge a previously done cancellation. The front desk attitude came across as rude to me. I found them disinterested in directions when contacted. They were also uninterested in assistance finding parking.

The staff was cute and friendly. They offered advice and shared insights about the area. The bar service impressed me a lot, providing really good quality and attentiveness throughout my visit.

The breakfast displayed a great variety for every guest. There was a complimentary wine sampling with snacks. This addition increased the overall experience. I appreciated the chance to taste local wines.
