quick reception dinner meal breakfast options
the reception took care of our room quickly. car parking was also arranged with ease. they showed us to dinner after we stowed our luggage in our room.. the dinner meal was excellent. breakfast had many good options and the hostess was helpful.
the room temperature was difficult to regulate, and it was a bit too cold at times.

railway noise extra parking
the breakfast was really good here.
I was given a room near the railway. it was noisy with cargo trains running all night. i also had to pay extra for parking. It felt excessive.

convenient check-in friendly staff well-equipped room
The all-day check-in was very convenient as my travel plans shifted. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was large, clean, and well-equipped, which I appreciated, especially since I arrived very late.
The on-site parking was not adequate, so I had to find alternative parking a considerable distance away.

totally awesome stay!
handy location free pool comfy room
the location is awesome being super handy for the rail line and the football ground! i found a free pool table in the bar area which was a cool surprise. my room was super comfy and i slept like a rock!
the hot breakfast buffet wasn't available that morning, but i still found plenty to eat.

Breakfast had great variety with many choices available. I built my own full english which was great and delicious. the bar area had extended hours, remaining open quite late into the evening too.

The room was clean and felt very new inside. This. the bed linens were crisp and fresh, and the room was large enough to move around freely and comfortably without obstructions.

the hotel provided tea making facilities which allowed me to wake up with a cup of tea each morning. i especially appreciated the free pool table in the bar area for some evening entertainment. the staff at reception provided friendly assistance at all times.

poor soundproofing broken outlets
the staff were pleasant and helpful.
the room's soundproofing was poor. road noise made sleeping difficult. also, several power outlets in my room were broken or did not work consistently.
