automatic brakeloud music
i was really disappointed the room doors lacked an automatic brake you could hear them slam often it sounded like fireworks the hotel shares a building with a theater on my last two nights there was loud music until late when i asked about it staff took 45 minutes to explain the source

the location was convenient for exploring. it was a short walk to the metro station (i planned my itinerary around it). the complimentary mini bar was stocked daily with juice and water.
i found the room temperature difficult to adjust. i could not get the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. the noise from the hallway was very noticeable as well (i could hear other guests).

I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. THE room doors lacked any soft-close mechanism. This resulted in constant slamming throughout the day and night. The noise was quite disruptive. Another issue was the view from my room. It was rather unremarkable and overlooked a less desirable part of the surroundings.
