the Arran toiletries were a really nice touch (i love a good body cream!). i also found the location very convenient, it was an easy walk to the city centre. i appreciated the closeness to shops.
the tv had very few channels available, this was disappointing. the remote was also not working well, it made it difficult to navigate.

I loved how convenient it was to get around, especially with the central train station so close! the staff were total stars and super accommodating, especially when i needed a slightly later check-out. the breakfast options were very nice. So much to choose from. the room was also clean.
I did notice the gym equipment felt a bit cramped. It could use a little more space. but overall, everything else was perfect!

The breakfast selection was expansive. There were hot and cold options, with freshly prepared items! i particularly enjoyed the locally sourced ingredients. There were lots of choices, really.

Really good Stay, Central Location and Great Service

The location was close to the train station. I found it easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure!!! Breakfast had a very good selection. All of the staff were helpful and polite.
The pillows were not plump. They seemed a bit lumpy.

Excellent Stay with Helpful Staff

Colm offered a warm welcome and great local knowledge. The restaurant food was first class with a fresh cooked breakfast (it was so good). Katt was very helpful with my IHG status, recognizing my loyalty in a genuine manner.
The shaver socket in the bathroom was not connected, so I had to use a manual razor. I was informed that all bedrooms would have their shaver sockets replaced between January and March 2025. It was inconvenient.

The room was warm and well presented upon arrival. The bathroom included plenty of clean towels and nice bedding. A spacious room ensured a comfortable stay during my time there.

Ivana at reception was super friendly. Colm, the duty manager, was also helpful. The staff kept my bags when I arrived early, and also when I was leaving.
