The staff provided VERY friendly service. The bed was super comfortable. I slept soundly. The shower was excellent with great water pressure. The location is convenient. I had easy access to nearby attractions.

I noticed slight wear on some furniture, a minor issue.

I appreciated the friendly, attentive staff. The food tasted good with a reasonable selection for dinner and breakfast. Both were available for several hours daily. Parking was available near the front door.

The room was a bit cold. The heating was not turned on upon arrival, inconvenient.

I had a large room with a beautiful view of the loch. The breakfast options were plentiful, I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit salad. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, I appreciated their warm welcome. The hotel location was near the waterfront and provided a peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel hallways had a water leak, though it did not affect my stay.
