The room decor features a modern style. I found it appealing. The bed linen felt very good to the touch, offering a comfortable sleep. I appreciated the selection of biscuits and Molton Brown toiletries provided. The hotel's atmospheric design adds to its character.
I found the glasses in the room were not cleaned properly. Some had dust. It's important to ensure all items are super clean for a excellent stay.

The staff, they are so friendly and helpful. Reception helped with my luggage. the rooms have high-quality toiletries and the shower was powerful! i had a amazing nights sleep too.

i stayed in an executive double room and it was a good size. the bathroom had two separate sinks , which was convenient. the room included tea and coffee making facilities.
the lighting was very dim , and it took a while for my eyes to adjust. the dark interior made it difficult to see clearly , especially when i first entered.

the grand suite was massive with a separate living area and bedroom. sky tv with movies and sports was totally awesome. the included mini bar was stocked with so many drinks and snacks, i could not believe it. staff was amazing, so kind and friendly!
i found out after i checked out that a blue light discount i was supposed to get, was not applied.

Staff at the reception was very responsive. They answered all my questions with precision. breakfast service was quick and efficient with attention to detail, i did appreciate it.

The hotel provided spacious parking with easy access to the entrance. This made arrival stress free. the gym featured modern equipment, it included treadmills and weight machines. the tesla chargers are a great addition.
