good variety efficient staff central location
my room was a standard double room hot. the breakfast included a good variety of options. the staff were efficient and helpful during check in. i appreciated that the location was close to transportation hubs.

the reception staff seemed friendly upon arrival
the breakfast area felt chaotic plates were under the worktop so guests reached across others for them the coffee machine was slow with long queues

helpful staff wifi connectivity converter options early check-in
Robert and Adam were very helpful with providing information about phone services. They assisted with wifi connectivity and converter options. They also provided helpful insights regarding local attractions. I appreciated that Robert facilitated an earlier check-in to a different room.
I noticed that the carpet showed signs of wear and would benefit from cleaning or replacement.
